Showing off their versatility, our chefs offer not only ‘nama’ (raw) fish, but many specials on a daily basis that feature a whole grilled fish, most recently a Seabass (pictured). Perfect for a single person or group, these special dishes are available in limited quantity each dinner service, and are perfect for those who want to experience traditional Japanese cuisine, while not expressly eating raw fish.
